La Dra. Katherine Pang tiene un doctorado en psicología educativa, entre otros títulos. El Dr. Pang es el fundador de varias empresas de educación y es un conocido orador y autor. Tricia Mehler se graduó de la Universidad de Texas en Tyler y ayudó al Dr. Pang a desarrollar las actividades del libro de trabajo y coordinar el Programa de Estrategias para el Éxito.
