Autor

I have cooked for over fifty years. I experimented with foods while raising my children. When a dish I prepared satisfied my children's taste buds, I kept it and started a recipe file. I now have enough that I have compiled them in a book.

This book is dedicated to my children, Mariann, Kenny, Robert, and Sharity. I live at the same address I did while raising my family. I am now a widow, having lost my husband in 2003.
