James Ross has a degree in journalism and has worked as a newspaper reporter, cowboy, mountain guide, museum curator, dogsledder, movie stuntman, animal trainer, photo double, and freelance writer. He enjoys misadventures at his Muskoka island cottage in Bracebridge, Ontario.
