Results showed that CD34+ stem cells were different between athletes and control participants, the effect of aerobic and anaerobic exercise bout increased CD34+ stem cells positively, aerobic and anaerobic program led to increased stem cell compared to control. These results may contribute to the understanding of the mechanisms involved in the maintenance of healthy haematopoietic function and the effect of exercise involved in the wellbeing of persons.
