The design has been taken from real world. Dimensions of Santro Xing car has been taken and plotted in three dimensions on solid works. Materials like Al-ni-co & titanium alloy has been selected for analysis to compare it with existing material. 3D model has been imported on analysis to analyze the stresses produced in the disc brake and to check the deformation occurred in the disc after applying the boundary conditions.
