Autorenporträt
Alice Thompson is a Poet and Sportswoman, but more importantly a Teacher to the generations of future women who she believes are going to change the world. Her passion is to empower women and girls to see their worth, strength, power and beauty despite the inequalities women face, even in a modern society. Alice was the first of her nine siblings to go to university and continues to challenge and surpass the barriers created for her. Alice's aim is to show the young women she teaches, as a proud working class woman, that you do not have to conform or fit into the box you were born in, no dream is too big, no action is too small. She stands in her power so you can safely stand in yours!
