Mr. Fisher earned several awards including two Air medals, a Meritorious Service Medal, a Joint Commendation Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal. He later retired and was featured on Channel 4 as Jacksonville, FL's Military Hero. After retirement, Anthony pursued a second career. Today, Anthony is a Registered Nurse and has his Masters in Nurse Education. He currently works at Jacksonville University where he teaches and mentors students to be self-assured, competent, and professional nurses.
