Book comprises an effective route of synthesizing squar pyramidal Cu(II) complexes, their characterization. In addition to that the synthesized complexes are evaluated for their antimicrobial activity using Zone of inhibition and MIC, Nuclease activity was studied by using Viscosity measurement supported by Absorption Titration. As the synthesized Cu(II) complexes are found to have square pyramidal geometry with d9-system, all the synthesized complexes are checked for their SOD mimics using non-enzymatic system made up of PMS, NADH, NBT and phosphate buffer.
