The present work is about the holistic development of the D.R. of Congo. Since the independence of the country until today, all the political leadership known to the nation has failed blatantly to consider the effects of colonialism on the mind of our people and their ability to build long-term structures. There had been an intent to under-develop us from the inception. Is it possible for someone with mental ailments to take care of his or her future? You are allowed to have all the best intentions for that person, but, you can be sure that the failure is the one way out. In the present book which is the continuity of the "Shattered Mind, Shattered People, and & Shattered Future," we put an emphasis on inner healing and transformation through the knowledge of the mind, the spiritual morality, and the knowledge of the Universal laws of nature. That is the first singularity of the work, and no one in Congo took the courage to do it this way. What we wanted is to heal and educate our people, force everyone to come to the conclusion that success is first, a state of mind that calls for personal responsibility. In this book, we have gathered all the facts, opinions of learned people and our personal experience so that they don't walk around shopping for curing drugs. Although, we have made our vision clear in our very first book entitled "We must wake up", in the present work, we have laid down our vision of development and the supporting strategies; a development which has to be based on spiritual morality supported by the Buddhist philosophy of suffering and how to end it and the understanding of the quantum physics. In that dynamic, we took the necessary steps of explicating quite in depth the mind, the ego, the desires, the reality, the consciousness and the doctrine of emptiness. Since our vision of development needs strong spiritual underpinnings, we did not fail to tackle the issues pertaining to spiritual elevation, karma, and meditation. In the latter subject, we explained in details the chakra system and showed how to cleanse them in view of creating a new personal identity. After the spiritual development, we went on to put forward our vision of the material development. We took the time to define our vision of development and how to reverse the wheel of underdevelopment. We put a special emphasis on debt and borrowing, the need to build strategic human resources, the education policy, the strategic ratio of personnel in the needed areas, the sectors of specific interest, and how to build resources. We also took the time to lay down our vision of the agriculture industry where we articulated our strategies: (1) empower entities and collectivities; (2) protect the breeding ground; (3) low-cost strategies in the field of machinery and production methods; (4) poverty alleviation in rural areas; and (5) quality of the soil protection, the use of fertilizers, animal welfare and child labor. Being aware that agriculture policy always needs a manufacturing industry, we have made clear the areas of investment and policies. We did not stop there; we also put forward our vision for the management of the economy and the development of the service sectors. We started the process by explaining as never done in Congo, the economic development, what are its pillars, the need of rationality in the management, the fight against the corruption, our vision of the banking sector, the monetary policy, the taxation, the working philosophy, the role of the state, the restructuration and the economic empowerment of the Armed forces, the cooperation with the Catholic and Kimbanguist Churches, and our economic strategies. We moved to tackle the problematic of governance. We have come to the conclusion good governance supported by spiritual leadership has to be exerted within the federalism as the beneficial form of the state in Congo, and we have detailed our argument.
