David Henke is a Christian apologist that specializes in issues of mind control, spiritual abuse, and legalism. In addition to this Spiritual Abuse Recovery Workbook, Henke has authored numerous articles and is the founder of Watchman Fellowship, Inc. He and his wife Carole also operate Watchman Fellowship's Georgia office. Henke has spent four decades studying the complexities of spiritual abuse, identifying underlying issues as well as recovery. Through it all, he has compassion for those who continue to suffer from the effects of being in bondage to abusive spiritual systems. Through teaching and counseling, individuals, and groups, he assists people that have gone through spiritual abuse to find healing and restoration.
