One of the important issues in medicine that attracts a lot of interest is diabetes mellitus disease. Diabetes Mellitus is on of the major dangerous diseases around the world. It is the fourth cause of death by disease around the world. The motivation of this work is to offer an enhancement step of early detection of the syndromes of diabetes disease which is the change of the rate of glucose concentration. This way directs our minds to get use of laser to go through a different technique with higher resolution of medical imaging. In order to enhance cell culture growth in biosensors such as those for glucose detection must be developed that are capable of monitoring cell culture processes continuously and accurate. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is used to obtain cell images with nanometer level resolution to determine glucose concentration. Various diseases cause an impaired supply of blood to the organs. The measurement of the blood flow can therefore provide essential information for the diagnosis of diseases like Atherosclerosis. Since changes in blood flow occurs with early stage of disease detection, a technique called Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV) is used.
