In addition to working as a professional customer service trainer and certified life coach, she is a Christian leadership trainer, a licensed minister, and an entrepreneur. She owns Cynthia Life University Coaching and Training Center. She also established the Speak Life Challenge Campaign to inspire others to make positive change through speech. A former member of Toastmasters International, an organization that helps people master public speaking and leadership roles, Cynthia has been recognized in Cambridge's Who's Who among Executive and Professional Women . She dedicates her life to speaking the word of God and helping others find their spiritual voices.
