Dr. Charles Mulinda Kabwete is Senior Lecturer at the National University of Rwanda. He is currently the Head of the Department of Political Science. His area of teaching and research includes History, Political Science and Anthropology.He has so far published articles and book chapters on colonial and post-colonial Rwandan history and politics.
