Moses' final command that the Israelites must occupy their God-given inheritance, which includes Gaza and the West Bank. Until this complex equation is solved, Jewish and Islamic political leaders must negotiate in bad faith to avoid the fatal consequences of making unpopular decisions. He has studied the Arab- Israeli conflict for the past forty years.Dr. Phillips is the president of Walbrent College and is a fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. He holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics and engineering, master's degrees in engineering and planning, and a doctorate in engineering.
