Solubilities were calculated by using In-vitro dissolution technique. 1:4 drug: HPMC ratio was found efficient with 2% SLS concentration. Using this solid dispersion tablet was formulated and evaluated. In evaluation it was found that Bicalutamide showing 97.251% release at 120 min which is higher than standard drug.
