It is an important and essential duty to look after the health and maintain the charging stations for the better utility. On the other the energy usage should be in manner that maintains a sustainable development. This project proposes a method which power up the charging station in two ways which promotes sustainable development also the excess of the power is converted to AC supply and can be utilized by the people. This prototype model works using microcontroller board. The technology and the science behind WPT and the future scope is discussed in detail. While a lot of research has been done on this topic in the previous decade, a large part of it is yet to be explored. The topics further discussed are the Roadway Powered Electric Vehicles and the Online Electric Vehicles. These vehicles can revolutionise the transport system. But they require high initial investment. Further discussion on the Solar Power Satellite which aims at transmitting the solar energy and using it for wireless power transmission is done. The attempts to commercialize the vehicles that use WPTs are going on with full force and we also discuss the advantages and the disadvantages for the same.
