Zeljko Stojanov received his PhD degree (2011) in Informatics and Computer Science at Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Serbia. His research interests are in the fields of system programming, software maintenance, process assessment and improvement, quality and reliability engineering, empirical research and qualitative research methods.
