To develop projects for a change in the food system we need a real nutritional diagnosis of our population. This academic research work related to the analysis of the "Significant relationship between sociocultural and economic factors of Ecuador and its nutritional status" was conducted with a sample of 564 subjects, 56.7% are women and 43.3% men
