Joyce Ndekugri obteve o seu diploma de pós-graduação em saúde pública na Universidade do Gana em 2017. Frequentou anteriormente a Universidade de Cape Coast, onde obteve o grau de BA(Hons) em 2014. Trabalhou com a escola de saúde pública da Universidade do Gana como assistente de investigação.
