The author is a civil servant from 1986 to date in Kenya. Has been dealing with extension service delivery in the field of agriculture, livestock production and environmental issues. Academic achievements are: PhD and Msc in environmental science, Bsc in Natural resources management and Diploma in Range mgt from Egerton University, Kenya
