Among them we mention: dissatisfaction with each other, not finding a common language, peculiarities of building family relationships, daily difficulties, social problems, difference in moral values between generations and others. Despite the opinion created about the harmony of relations between the generations in the Albanian community, their relations have been characterized by a very strong tension.Overcoming the conflicts between the generations is influenced by education, which should aim atthe formation of an independent, socially active personality, capable of making competent decisions and being responsible for them.
