Candidata a filósofa, periodista. Nació en 1972 en Pskov. Licenciado en la Universidad Social de Moscú, realizó estudios de postgrado en la Academia Rusa de la Función Pública bajo la dirección del Presidente de la Federación Rusa. Es secretario de prensa en Industek, Moscú.
