Zuzana Birknerová is a teacher and researcher. She works at the Faculty of Management of the University of Pre¿ov in Pre¿ov, Slovakia, as Head of Department of Managerial Psychology. In her research she focuses on the development of managerial competences, interpersonal relationships and personality characteristics.
