This research is the comparative study of quantum of social capital in two Universities of Pakistan. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception differences among institutions in terms of social capital and to measure the impact of group interaction, knowledge, trust, morality and social norms on social capital. As it is a cultural study therefore the relationship of dependent and independent variables are generated after doing a deep literature review of articles and books. Major purpose of the study was to find out the impact of Social norms and values in educational institutions then its ultimate effect on organizations. Regression and co-relational analysis are used to measure the level of importance of social capital and other related variables which are commonly present in institutions. The result given at the end of project shows that social capital lacks in its importance compare to the required level for changing the negative environment present in today'seducational and professional world.
