The researcher was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wali Muhammad at Bhowana (Chiniot). He did his graduation and master's in sociology from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He is working as Lecturer in visiting (Sociology) in Govt.College of Science, wahdat road, Lahore (Pakistan).
