He is also an international keynote speaker, helping audiences do the same.Originally a district manager at Farmers Insurance and former Certified EMyth Business Coach, Jeff Hastings' expertise has been forged and proven in the insurance industry, and his research has led to the development of several personality profiles designed to improve the selection and performance of remote teams.
