Santomense's Quality Policy aims to guide the various activities planned or conducted to ensure that products and processes meet the expected needs. We therefore understand that the best intentions of authorities, organizations and individuals can only bring limited results if there is no organized and structured policy framework. This plan states that the global community is facing increasing social and economic challenges, and São Tomé and Príncipe is no exception.
