Gegga is a Mental Health Coach with a passion to guide people out of suffering to peace and happiness. She worked in the Healthcare system for 35 years as a nurse and midwife, and many years at the emergency psychiatric department. Gegga is also an NLP Practitioner Coach with a BA from Iceland University of The Arts. She is also a facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. Gegga loves to paint, create sculptures, and to design new types of the SMILER object. You can see her dancing like crazy - even alone on the streets when everybody is watching!Ég er andlegur heilsuráðgjafi með ástríðu fyrir að styðja fólk úr þjáningu til friðar, frelsis og hamingju. Ég starfaði í heilbrigðiskerfinu í 35 ár sem hjúkrunarfræðingur og ljósmóðir, þar af mörg ár á bráðadeild geðsviðs. Ég er NLP meðferðar- og markþjálfi og með BA frá Listaháskóla Íslands. Ég er leiðbeinandi í The Work, aðferð Byron Katie. Ég elska að mála, skapa skúlptúra og hanna nýjar týpur af SMILER gripnum. Ég get líka gleymt mér algjörlega og dansað tryllt - jafnvel ein á strætum þó allir séu að horfa!
