After having gained years of experience raising four children and other children who my husband and I'd fostered, I wrote a book "Smile Bandages Cover a Multitude of Pain". I've since written other 'Smile Bandages Books'. I'm also the founder of "Smile Bandages Ministries, Inc. I was able to find a purpose and the plan that I believe God has for me and my husband through writing books about my experiences. Having retired, we are keeping busy using animated toys and puppets to entertain those in nursing homes and other establishments where youth and seniors reside. Smile Bandages Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization functioning through various ways, of encouraging youth and seniors to develop relationships of love and trust towards one another while worshipping God together in the spirit of truth and mutual support.
