Anyiam Chukwudum tem um Diploma em Educação Química, Licenciatura em Ciência e Tecnologia Alimentar da Universidade de Maiduguri, Nigéria. Tem um mestrado em Microbiologia e Biotecnologia Alimentar da MOUAU, Nigéria. Atualmente, está a fazer o seu doutoramento na mesma universidade. Além disso, é professor no Politécnico Federal Akanu Ibiam Unwana, Afikpo.
