Born in Leningrad (Russia). Graduated from the Institute in Kaliningrad and the University in Vladivostok. Worked at various enterprises, including the general designer. Directly engaged in historical research since 1994. Became the author of many articles and books. Member of the Academy of DNA Genealogy. Honorary Citizen of Bellingham (USA).
