Summary : For several years, we have been witnessing difficulties in the supervision of paramedics, due to the requirements of the training grounds and the large number of students in health sciences with medical students. Thus, simulation-based teaching is becoming an essential pedagogical method in the training of health professionals. Given the financial and pedagogical stakes, the implementation of a simulation center at the Higher School of Health Sciences and Techniques of Monastir (ESSTSM) requires a rigorous reflection and a pre-established organizational program. Hence the objective of our research work "To study the components of improving the quality of education within the school through the creation of a simulation unit at the ESSTM. Our work corresponds to a descriptive and qualitative study presenting the results of a survey of 30 teachers and 150 students of the ESSTM on the interest of teaching by simulation for the acquisition of skills and improvement of technical learning of students justifying the implementation of a simulation unit in our institution.
