Patrick has held several senior leadership positions in the international school industry. He was a director, superintendent and overseas school representative for numerous schools in Asia. Patrick has extensive experience in opening international schools and running professional development and team-building events for schools. Patrick has focused his recent research work on leadership rotation in international schools, and the motivation of managers in international schools.
