B.T.P.Madhav a reçu les diplômes B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, M.Tech de l'Université Nagarjuna, A.P, Inde en 2001, 2003, 2007, et 2009 respectivement. Il a obtenu son doctorat dans le domaine des antennes à l'université K L. Il est actuellement professeur et responsable de la recherche sur les systèmes de communication au sein de l'ECE de la KLEF. Il a publié 320 articles et 8 livres.
