Some authorities in Cameroon especially the Government Delegate of the Limbe City Council has taken the bold step to showcase the cultural diversity of its municipal and in one of the Limbe festival of arts and culture (FESTAC) edition Mr Motanga asserted "we have unshakeably resolve to make Limbe FESTAC become not only a strong symbol but a leading and reference festival in Cameroon and beyond our borders".
