Pamela "Pam" Smith was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and joined the U.S. Navy right out of high school at seventeen years old. After that, she lived another twenty years in Georgia and is now currently an Arizona resident. Pam has always been inquisitive about the world and other cultures. The military allowed her to travel while serving her country. In the first half of her career journey, she realized that she most enjoyed helping people plan out the next steps in their careers.
