Michele A. Paludi is Principal of Paludi & Associates, Consultants in Sexual Harassment. She is the editor of Ivory Power: Sexual Harassment on Campus and Sexual Harassment on College Campuses: Abusing the Ivory Power, author of Exploring/Teaching the Psychology of Women: A Manual of Resources, 2nd Edition; and she is coauthor (with James N. Tedisco) of Missing Children: A Psychological Approach to Understanding the Causes and Consequences of Stranger and Non-Stranger Abduction of Children, all published by SUNY Press. Richard B. Barickman is Associate Professor and Chair of the English Department at Hunter College, City University of New York. He is coauthor (with Susan MacDonald and Myra Stark) of Corrupt-Relations: Dickens, Thackery, Trollope, Collins, and the Victorian Sexual System.
