Cynthia Mazur, PhD, LLM, JD, M Div, ACC, is the Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Federal Emergency Management Agency. She is a Life/Executive Coach. She mediates and arbitrates for the DC Bar and DC Superior Court. She is an adjunct professor at George Mason University. She lives in Alexandria, VA.
