Dr Olufunmilola Adunni Abiodun was born in Esa-Odo, Osun State, Nigeria. She works with University of Ilorin (Home Economics & Food Science Department). A member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, Institute of Food Technologists and American Society of Nutrition. She focuses on processing and preservation of underutilized crops.
