'What am I?' and 'Who am I?' are fundamental questions of many disciplines of writing including sage teachings. This book is a collection of poems and articles in simple settings that gently point to sage teachings and paradigms including the Ego self as an illusion; deathlessness, timelessness, the unborn self of the Buddha; and the Lila/Maya - the illusory, playful nature of the Ground of all, as an insight into the Upanishads. Wonder according to Goethe, is the highest man can achieve, faced with the infinite and eternal. This book is for all human beings, who like metaphysical poetry and ask the fundamental questions, Who and What am ' I ' with an innate desire for meaning.
