Following the collection of data enriched by realist, transnationalist and strategic approaches, this architecture of questioning leads to a binary demonstration: on the one hand, planned security through a configuration of actors involved in the process and an adjustment of means; on the other hand, operationalized security, revealing strategic and dynamic realities.
