It provides the full statistical information in the form of tables and is supplemented with a series of maps.

Judith Kalik, PhD (1998) in History, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She published extensively on the Jewish history in the early modern age in Eastern Europe including The Polish Nobility and the Jews in the Dietine Legislation of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (in Hebrew, Magnes Press, 1997).
