During his lifetime William (Bill) Hutchinson always had a fascination for Scarecrows! He lived in Scarborough, North Yorkshire (above) for many years and took up writing poetry at least 60 years ago. Sadly, he died in 2015. During his working years he had various occupations but during his free time he got out his notepad and pencil and penned new poems - a selection of his Scarecrow poems are published in this book.
