Satisfaction of taxpayers in e-filling (E-VAT) is sum of users feeling, perception and attitudes towards e-filling services. This study examine either taxpayers satisfied or not by applying (e-filling) in terms of its use. For this, dependent variable include taxpayer's satisfaction whereas quality, Perception, technological savvy and Trustworthiness was considered as independent variables.. Descriptive and exploratory research designed was used through chi-square test, t-paired test among dependent variable satisfaction and the stated independent variables towards e-filling. This study was adopted mainly from DeLone and McLean information success model for end user satisfaction developed by DeLone and McLean (2003) to measure e-filling service quality. To sum up, four independent variables were highly correlated with satisfaction of e-filling. Among them, quality, technical knowhow/savvy and perception had played more significant role respectively than remaining one.The major challenge ahead is regarding system security, mass awareness is needed to make e-filing more successful.
