Edho Nadakkiradhu Psychology professor Amirthavarshini is invited as a guest for a talk show in Jupiter TV channel. She was shocked to know when she was informed at the last moment that the participants would be once mentally challenged people who were return from rehabilitation centre. In spite of that, she decides to face it with endurance. Unfortunately, the show starts with a disastrous incident and stuns everyone.
