In this sense, the objective of this study is to establish the causes, consequences and solution measures for the contamination of the San Lucas river, and to identify the variables that will be part of the causal diagram within the Vensim software environment, among the identified variables we have: level variables, flow variables, auxiliary variables and finally constant variables.
