Author and longtime Giants fan Tricia O'Brien offers a personal and historical glimpse into the evolution of the team from its departure from New York to its World Series championship in 2010. She conducted numerous interviews and draws from archival photograph collections, including those of Horace Stoneham, Bob Lurie, members of the Society for American Baseball Research, former Giants players, photographer Barry Colla, and some never-before-published images by Topps baseball photographer Doug McWilliams.
