She had many opportunities to become wealthy but chose not to. She was an unarmed Christian/Buddhist soldier without a prayer and without a church. She had conflicting ideas about life and people in general. Some of her ideas were fulfilled during the Vietnam conflict. She was an inspiration to those who had misfortune, and a joy for the affliction and healing for others. She was born and raised in a family where her mother was a Minister, an eye surgeon and a believer in God's faith. Her mother practiced that faith by offering her services to others for free. "She is the DOVE," her mother once said. She was the voice of the deaf and the eye of the blind.
