Autorenporträt

Hiroshi Oda is the Sir Ernest Satow Professor of Japanese Law at the University of London (University College) and professor at the College d'Europe (Brugge) and the author of 'Japanese Law' (second edition) published by Oxford University Press. He held the chair of Russian law at the University of Tokyo before moving to London. He is a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration representing Japan. Professor Oda is a qualified attorney in Japan and practices Japanese and Russian law. He is a consultant to Herbert Smith, an international law firm in London with offices across the world, including in Moscow.
