Autorenporträt
Dr. Catalin Ghinararu is a Romanian economist specializing in labor and social studies as well as in the economics of Central and Eastern Europe. Currently holding the office of Scientific Secretary of the National Labour Research Institute of Romania, he worked extensively with the EU Commission, the OECD, the UNDP and the ILO.
